Currently, 71.4 percent of the company's staff has a college education, and 78.9 percent of them grew up in Stone County. "Matt is an excellent example of a kid graduating from Stone High School, going to college, earning a degree, and joining the workforce in a large city. Just about every employee here has done the same thing, including myself. One thing we have in common is that we all returned home."

With Matt's background and previous work experience as a structural engineer, his speciality complements the existing team of professionals at Tice Engineering. Tice says, "With Matt joining the team, we can now play ball."
