CITY OF BILOXI - THE NORTH CONTRACT

This three-year contract represents the bulk city’s $355 million Restore Biloxi Infrastructure Repair Program. This project is a significant water, sewer, and storm drain improvement project. The “North Contract” takes place mainly in areas north of the CSX railway from Forrest Avenue to the tip of Point Cadet. The project includes the replacement of the water mains, sanitary sewer lines, and storm drains as well as the streets, curbs, and sidewalks impacted by the construction work. The project also includes eight pump stations that will be eliminated, a new pump station that will be constructed, and one pump station that will be rehabilitated.
