PIKE MART BOUNDARY SURVEY
CLIENT: SOUTHEAST REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT GROUP

Tice Engineering was selected by Harley White to perform a boundary survey to determine and mark the property lines on the Pike Mart Shopping Center located in McComb, MS. The boundary survey was completed using conventional surveying methodology while the improvements on the site were obtained utilizing photogrammetry from a drone. A current georeferenced aerial photograph was also provided to the client in the background of the survey.
